Since us carp anglers have to buy 2 rod licences to cover the use of 3 rods, do you think that the EA should bring out 3 rod licence?

With the new rod licences costing £25 each (for 2 rods) I think they could sell a 3 rod licence for £35-£40.

What do you think?
